I see Mary for what I like to call “mental maintenance”. The pressures and stresses of life make me feel run down or even anxious and depressed at times and I’ve found that receiving regular treatments from Mary keeps my energies and my spirit flowing in the right direction. Almost immediately after a treatment, I feel a shift in my energies, a boost in my spirit, a change in my perspective. I’ve also seen Mary for back and hip pain, as well as pre-natal and post-natal care.

When my son was born, we were both getting sick every month with a sinus virus. This continued for two years. Though it took time, Mary helped rebuild my immune system so that now I rarely get sick. Even if my son has a runny nose, I stay healthy. Mary uses her tools, skills and knowledge to help her patients move toward healing in both body and spirit.

At first I was sceptical, never having had anything to do with acupuncture. But trying to recover from multiple myloma, I was willing to give it a try. It helps me in ways nothing else does. I’ve found it helps me feel whole and strong.
